Housing Project Coordinator

Naundia (Dee) Fitzgerald serves as the Housing Project Coordinator for GHHI’s Maryland programs. She coordinates the day to-day activities required for Housing Intervention Services (HIS), including energy efficiency, health and safety, aging-in-place, healthy homes, lead hazard reduction, and housing rehabilitation interventions in residential homes within the State of Maryland.

Dee comes to GHHI with 20 years of housing project experience, working with low-income communities in Baltimore City. She was previously with the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development where she worked as a Social Service Coordinator of Homeownership and Preservation, as a Housing Rehab Technician II for the Office of Rehabilitation Service, and a Housing Inspector II for Code Enforcement.

Dee loves community outreach and volunteering for different programs and organizations that benefit youth and seniors throughout Maryland.
