Naisa Beaumont

Data & Evaluation Manager

I’m a science-advocate with an environmental science and sustainability background, focusing specifically on data management. I’ve worked for mission-driven organizations such as US EPA and DC DOEE on environmental compliance, sustainability, and environmental justice issues. Most recently, I worked as a Data Analyst at Better Cotton, a global non-profit which supports the socially and environmentally responsible production of cotton. Originally from Queens, NY, I received my BS in Environmental Science at CUNY-Queen’s College before completing my MS in Environmental Science and Policy at Johns Hopkins University. I’m excited to join the DEL team under Annie Summers, along with Isabel Shargo and David Thomas. I’m based out of northern VA where I live with my husband and two daughters. In my spare time, I’m a children’s writer for books and magazines. I work remotely Monday – Thursdays, and I look forward to fulfilling GHHI’s mission together!
