Isabel Shargo serves as the Data and Evaluation Manager for the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative. Isabel supports internal data and evaluation efforts, as well as offers key insights and assistance for external projects seeking to embed evaluation and data management best practices into new or existing project work. She is passionate about utilizing and mobilizing data to improve environmental health outcomes for underserved populations.

Isabel received her MPH from University of Maryland, College Park where she focused on environmental health and program evaluation. She has experience working in a wide range of public health topics including health communication, community health assessments, environmental justice, and population health. Isabel has also worked in the public and private sector to implement and maintain sustainable performance improvements strategies.

Isabel is dedicated to promoting the use of data in decision making. She also enjoys spending time traveling, hiking, snowboarding and enjoying time with friends.
