Outreach and Education Manager

Chevelle Bash is GHHI’s Outreach and Education Manager where she leads the organization’s statewide outreach, marketing and training initiatives in Maryland as well as developing community-based partnerships to advance lead poisoning, asthma and other healthy homes hazard prevention that improve health outcomes.

Chevelle Bash has worked as a healthcare advocate for over 20 years focusing on bringing resources and education to Maryland’s underserviced communities. Chevelle previously served as a Community Relations Specialist for United Healthcare, ACA Program Director for Baltimore Healthy Start, Lead Client Relations Specialist for Coventry Healthcare and Care Coordinator for St. Agnes Hospital. Chevelle has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). She is also a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Chevelle takes pride in building relationships with community and faith-based organizations to help improve the lives of families by educating and advocating for prevention and a healthier way of living.
