Case Manager-Family Advocate
Cherise Roberts is an experienced Case Manager who provides case management, resident education, tenant’s rights and family advocacy services for low income families in Maryland to assist them in getting lead hazards, asthma triggers and safety hazards remediated in their home. Cherise assists Baltimore City families in utilizing GHHI’s CDBG Relocation Assistance Grants and accessing Lead Preference Housing Choice Vouchers to move from lead hazardous housing to lead free or lead certified housing in partnership with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC).
Cherise is a certified Community Health Worker and was formerly a Population Health Care Coordinator and Case Manager at St. Agnes Hospital. Cherise is a graduate of Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.Back to our people
