Ann St. Claire
Vice President of State and Local Strategic Services
As the Vice President of State and Local Strategic Services, Ann St. Claire serves on the GHHI leadership team and leads the organization’s strategy and service for state and local jurisdictions – including, government, nonprofits, philanthropy and related stakeholders. She oversees the alignment of GHHI state level services and policy initiatives including technical assistance and partnership development to support GHHI’s mission in coordination with the organization’s services to healthcare, state and local governments and nonprofit organizations.
Ann is a public health leader with 17 years of experience in tobacco control programing at a state-based foundation where she oversaw research, grant-making, and evaluating impact. She has also worked with the CDC Foundation supporting New York State’s Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities Prevention COVID-19 response efforts. Ann is passionate about creating impactful, sustainable improvements in community health, equity and well-being.
Ann received her Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan and her Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College. She lives outside Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters. Ann volunteers on the Board of Directors of a midwifery run birth center and a county-based foundation. She enjoys traveling, hiking in National Parks, kayaking and cheering on the US Women’s National soccer team.Back to our people
