BALTIMOER (WBFF) – There’s a new law that intends to give renters in Baltimore City more rights. The new rules are in place to improve living conditions.

“I have children in the house. I have a daughter with asthma and I don’t like it. Like, I’m tired of having to deal with stuff like that,” said Marshall.
